I didn't like this bag and didn't keep it

For the price, I wish this bag was better designed. The main issue was the strap. If the strap (or better yet two backpack straps) were positioned halfway down the bag, then you could carry this on your shoulder and the fins would sit halfway down your back and extend over the height of your head. But because the strap is at the very top of the bag, when you carry this on your shoulder, it sags way down your legs. This makes the fins bow awkwardly in the bag, and would make it hard to bike around with this bag. I ended up finding another bag for half the price.
