Spear America will gladly refund the full purchase price to the original method of payment less original shipping charges (shipping and handling) for any product sent back for refund within 35 days of purchase. All returns for refund must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A brief note as to why you are returning the merchandise should be included in the package or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For any transaction over $300 a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Spear America will exchange any product that is new and unused for another style, size of the same product within 60 days of purchase. All products must include original packaging and literature. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
