C4 Falcon Mask

Excellent mask, I am fascinated with the mask and I recommend it to everyone who wants to buy it. Thank you very much.

I have tried five previous freediving masks and none of them have worked for me. Guaranteed, I can use my scuba mask to freedive, and in the shallows that’s just fine, but at any kind of depth, I begin dealing with the inevitable challenges a large-volume mask can bring.

What’s my deal? I have a pronounced occipital brow and the bridge of my nose is deep. Every other low-volume mask I have tried makes contact with bridge of my nose or my brow, leading to an incomplete seal. While browsing spearamerica.com, I recalled a trip I took with my family last summer to snorkel with whale sharks off the coast of Mexico. On this trip, I recall a fellow snorkeler telling me that he had the same problem I did, which he said was solved with the C4 Falcon mask; sadly, I forgot the name and model amidst the excitement of the day. It was not until I saw the mask on the site that the brand name and model finally came mind. I purchased it in the moment and could tell immediately upon my first dive that my woes were over.
The double gasket works amazingly well and even though the mask is extremely low volume, I don’t have any complaints about he field of view. I can take the mask off at the surface and gently place it back on my face - without forcing a seal - and make dive after dive. Minus a little blur in the top corners of the mask, the anti-fog coating is the real deal and works as advertised.
I’m pleased to have finally found a mask that ends the search for me and couldn’t be happier.
