I usually use Redtide Spearfishing shafts but decided to try the SpearPro brand. In short, it performed well. Compared to the Redtide shafts, the SpearPro shafts have slightly more flex. I'm currently using a Fusion Invert Roller setup on my 90cm gun, which has three 16mm bands under the gun and a single 19mm band on top. It handled the shots well, with no visible flex during firing. The spear traveled fairly straight, from what I could tell, but I may need to conduct more test shots using high frame rate video recording to confirm. Overall, it’s not bad for the price.
